Hate-Sheikh Gave Anti-Western Sermon in Helmond

It has now become known that on April 24th, Sheikh Abdelhamid Aynelhavyat spoke at the local mosque in Helmond and incited against the West including attacks on democracy.  He said, inter alia, that the streets of Helmond are full of nudity and when you go out you see Muslim women wearing “mini-mini-mini-skirts”.

Hate-Sheikh Attempts to Come to the Netherlands, in Vain



The Saudi hate Sheikh, Aaidh al-Qarni, was scheduled to speak today in the Al-Fourgaan mosque in Eindhoven.  Due to the many public protests, the organizing body, The Waqf Foundation, has decided to cancel the lecture.  In the meantime, the Italian authorities have cancelled al-Qarni’s visa for the Schengen zone, so that he is unable to enter the Netherlands. On earlier occasions, the United States and France also refused him entry.  In his videos, al-Qarni speaks about houses and men who have to be sacrificed, throats which have to be cut, and skulls which have to be pulverized.

Massive Polish Fraud with Dutch License Plates


Polish traders have produced fake Dutch license plates, which they have put on cars in Poland, in order to raise their price.  The Telegraaf daily has more than a thousand pictures where the fraudulent plates can be seen.  These cars are sold with registration papers.  A Polish economist living in the Netherlands discovered the swindle in 2004.  He has not been able to convince either the Dutch or the Polish authorities to do anything about it despite trying to do so for the past ten years.  The Dutch authorities say that if it happens in Poland, it is not their business, and the Polish police say that the falsification of license plates is not considered to be a crime in Poland.

Customs Officials Suspected of Involvement in Huge Cocaine Smuggle


The Dutch Department of Justice is shocked by the possible involvement of a customs employee in the Rotterdam harbor who is suspected of facilitating the import of 3,400 kg of cocaine. The spokesperson of the Rotterdam prosecution says that if criminals control the Customs Department, trade becomes far more simple. He added, “This is terrible.”

Creating and Watching Violent Movies is a Trend among Dutch Youngsters

Research by the National Monitor of Crime has shown that one out of ten youngsters interviewed knows somebody who has participated in the creation of a violent movie last year, either as the perpetrator, victim, bystander, or producer, and 21% say that they know of at least one of such violent films which is in circulation in their environment.  Some movies were viewed more than a 100,000 times, and 40% of the youngsters think that somebody who films such a movie should be punished like those who fight in it.

Dutch-Based Telecom Companies Suspected of Massive Corruption in Uzbekistan


The Dutch Ministry of Justice is investigating two international telecom companies, which based in the Netherlands, about the possible bribing of Gulnara Karimova, the daughter of the president of Uzbekistan.  The Dutch prosecution was asked by the Swedish government to conduct this investigation.  The two companies are the Swedish-Finnish firm, TeliaSonera, and the Russian group, VimpelCom.  They are suspected of having paid $220 million via a letterbox company which is owned by Karimova. The potential bribe was made via a trust account operated by a Dutch firm of notaries.  The major Dutch bank, ING, is said to be involved in the transaction as well.  The payments were supposedly made in order to get GSM frequencies and licenses in Uzbekistan.

IS Congratulates Dutch Family Over Death of Their Jihadi Son

IS has congratulated the parents of the dead Dutch jihadi, Omar H., over the death of their son. H., another Dutch jihadi told the AD daily, “Omar has become a martyr, just like he had hoped.”  “It sounds cruel,” H. added, “but I am glad for him and his family.”  Omar had been condemned to a jail term of 1.5 years, but managed to leave the country.

Lawyers Take State to Court Over Phone Tapping

The Dutch law firm Prakken D’Oliviera, together with the Dutch Association of Criminal Lawyers, is taking the Dutch government to court over phone tapping. The CTIVD, the organization which supervises the Dutch intelligence services, has confirmed that since 2003, the telephones of various lawyers of the firm have been tapped and their conversations transcribed.  The CTIVD has concluded that in some cases, the intelligence services have behaved incorrectly.

27 Years Required to Make Groningen Province Earthquake-Proof

The production of natural gas in the province of Groningen has caused earthquakes.  A study by the engineering office Van Rossum, ordered by the provincial government, has found that 170,000 buildings, of which 152,000 are homes, will have to be reinforced.  That will take twenty-seven years and cost 30 billion euros.   It may lead to major social problems, such as the fact that many people will have to live in unsafe buildings for a prolonged period of time.  Furthermore, it has been pointed out that the Netherlands has very little experience in rendering buildings earthquake-proof.

Police officers have announced that today they will travel by car in groups and drive slowly from the north of the Netherlands down to the south, in order to draw attention to their salary requirements.  Government authorities expect major chaos.

United Nations Expert Criticizes Dutch Attitude toward Illegal Immigrants

The UN’s special expert for extreme poverty and human rights, Philip Alston, says that the Netherlands has to comply with the international rules for providing a bed, bath and bread for illegal immigrants.  However, within the Dutch government, there is major disagreement about this ruling between the Liberals, who oppose it, and the Labor party, who wants to adhere to it.

Illegal Medical Tests Carried Out on Psychiatric Patients


In a psychiatric institution in Heiloo, psychiatric patients who have heavy illnesses, and thus cannot make decisions of their own free will, have been used illegally as subjects for testing new medications.  The researcher had permission to do such tests solely on ambulant patients who are able to make decisions for themselves.  The caretaker who has brought the study out to the public has been dismissed, and been told that if she discloses any further information, she will be given a high fine.  Law professor Frans van Wijman says that deviating from research protocol is forbidden and that it may be considered a crime, which can lead to prosecution.

Government Hiding Key Information on Plane Crash


On 17 July, 2014, a Malaysian plane was shot down over eastern Ukraine, and all its passengers were killed.  Among them were close to 200 Dutchmen.  In answering parliamentary questions, the government said that key information regarding the crash, including government decisions made in the first three months after the crash, are a state secret and will not be published. It was also discovered that a report on a briefing in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, which took place three days before the crash and which explained the dangerous situation in the country, was sent to the Dutch Council of Investigations of Safety six months after the official investigation of the crash had started.  This month, the briefing memo became public due to a leak.

Dutch Tax Authority Experiencing Delays Due to Additional Vacation Days for Older Employees

The Director General of the Dutch Tax Authority, Peter Veld, says that the additional vacation days for older employees have led to great backlogs in the Authority's work. He mentioned that every year, an additional 800 man-years of work are lost.

Finally Admitted: Thirty Eight Years Ago, Minister of Justice Misled Parliament


Minister of Security and Justice Ard van der Steur has told parliament that 38 years ago, his predecessor, Dries van Agt misinformed them. Van Agt had said after a kidnapping of a Dutch train by Moluccans that the Dutch marines who killed six kidnappers had not shot at kidnappers who had a weapon but offered no resistance. A recent report shows that four out of six kidnappers showed no resistance and were killed by the marines. A female kidnapper did not even have a weapon. Several kidnappers were lying on the ground when they were killed.

Central Bank Dismisses Employee Moonlighting as Sado-Masochistic Call Girl


An employee of the Dutch central bank, DNB, whose job included supervising the financial sector, also moonlighted as a sado-masochistic call girl under the alias of Conchita de Waal.  She did so, for instance, as playing the role of an SS commander.  She previously worked in the major Dutch banks, ABN-Ambro and ING. After a tip to the authorities, her side activities were unmasked. A judge determined that DNB was entitled to dismiss her after eight years of employment.

Morocco arrests ISIS terror group which planned attack in Netherlands

The Moroccan authorities have arrested an ISIS terror group of six ISIS members which planned attacks in Morocco and The Netherlands. They trained near the town of Nadur in the North of Morocco. The Moroccan intelligence service says that it has provided the Dutch authorities information which enabled them to arrest a Dutch member of the group.

Jewish Organization takes Dutch National Soccer Assocation to Court about Anti-Semitic Chants

The Jewish FJN organization has demanded that the Dutch National Soccer Association KNVB sends an instruction to referees how to behave when there are anti-Semitic chants in the Dutch soccer stadions. The KNVB has refused this. The KNVB says that the responsibility for what happens in the soccer stadiums is with the various clubs and that that system works well. FJN will now take the KNVB to court.

Dutch Soccer Fans chant Murderous anti-Semitic Songs



In a game at the Utrecht soccer stadium the local club played against Ajax from Amsterdam. Dozens of Utrecht fans chanted: “My father was in the commandos , my mother was in the SS, together they burned Jews, cause Jews burn the best” and “Hamas, Hamas, Jews to the gas.” Some Ajax fans call themselves Jews, though they have often been requested not to do so. The Utrecht soccer club is trying to identify the fans who chanted the hate texts.

In her doctorate at Amsterdam Free University the physician and microbiologist Ilse Overdevest proves that five to ten percent of the Dutch population are infected with the dangerous ESBL bacteria. According to the researcher 80 percent of chicken meat is infected with the bacteria, which produces enzymes which eliminate the activity of antibiotics. Beef is also often infected by the bacteria.

Parliamentary Question about Dutch Financing of the Muslim Brotherhood

Parliamentarians Van Klaveren and Bontes of the Voor Nederland party have asked questions to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Koenders about Dutch co-financing of a conference held by an organization linked to the Muslim Brotherhood.  The organization in question is the Cordoba Foundation, which has, as its slogan, “Allah is Our Purpose, and The Prophet is Our Leader, The Koran is Our Law, Jihad is Our Way, and Dying for Allah is Our Greatest Hope”.  The parliamentarians have also raised the issue that the Muslim Brotherhood, which has connections to the Cordoba Foundation, also has connections with Hamas and certain ISIS factions.

Steep Increase in Reports of Anti-Semitic Incidents

The number of reported anti-Semitic incidents in 2014 in the Netherlands was the highest in five years. The Center for Information and Documentation Israel (CIDI) reported 171 incidents in 2014 as against 100 in 2013.  These do not include incidents on social media outlets.  Incidents on social media are reported by another independent organization, MDI, which reported 238 anti-Semitic expressions, of which 188 are considered criminal under Dutch law. CIDI says that the reported incidents are a mere fraction of the total number of incidents.

Two Mayors Go Public about Public Influence of Criminals


Very few Dutch mayors dare to speak openly about the intimidation tactics used against the authorities by criminal elements.  One mayor mentioned that the problem is particularly pronounced in the province of northern Brabant.  These criminals come from trailer parks, the Turkish mafia, and motorcycle gangs and collaborate with each other.  Some of these criminals try, via intermediaries, to obtain positions in municipal councils.  The intimidation causes fear among politicians, bureaucrats and government officials.
