Victims of Stalking Hire Organization of ex-Commandos

Victims of extensive stalking are increasingly hiring an organization of former commandos to put an end to this problem, as the police, even in serious cases, is often unable to help them. Researcher Suzan van der Aa of Intervict, a bureau of Tilburg University, shows that there are at least 20,000 victims of stalking in the Netherlands per year, yet only about 1,000 are prosecuted. The Justice Department says that it is difficult for the police to find sufficient proof.
